Our March meetup saw us join forces with the Ladies Craft Beer Society of Ireland to celebrate International Women’s (Brew) Day!! On the night, we chatted to an all-female lineup of guests who work across different roles in the Irish beer industry. We welcomed Whiplash, Connemara, Kinnegar, West Kerry, Wide Street, Dungarvan, Western Herd, Heaney and Metalman to hear all about their beer story to date.
For our second meetup of the year, we celebrated Flagship February! We featured the outstanding core range Irish beers which have become fridge staples for so many of us. On the night we welcomed Four Provinces, Stone Barrel, Kinnegar, Treaty City, Wide Street, Galway Bay and the Porterhouse to hear all about their beer story to date (and enjoy their delicious beers of course).
Shake off the January Blues with some January Brews! For our first meetup of 2021, we went for a straight up mini virtual beer festival! On the night we welcomed Hope, Larkin’s, Canvas, O Brother, Rascals and Dead Centre to hear all about their beer story to date (and enjoy their beers of course). We were absolutely delighted to welcome Mark and Vivenne from LINEMAN brewery for a a live online beer chat and tasting! On the evening we sampled and discussed three of the LINEMAN range of beers: Undertone Dark Lager, Amplify Double IPA, and Astral Grains Foreign Extra Stout, all while chatting about their story so far and plans for the future!
After taking a brief hiatus, we came Back 4 Craic! Throughout a short break, we had some time to think. Too much time, one might say… A thought sprung to mind that couldn’t quite be shaken. Cans are getting serious notions, aren’t they? Yeah, we think so too. So for this festival we decided to celebrate some of the incredible bottled beers being brewed on our beautiful island! An all-bottle virtual beer festival, what could possibly go wrong?
After the massive success of the past two Virtual Beer Festivals, Craic was back with a vengeance! At the festival, we hosted Wicklow Wolf, Yellowbelly, Dead Centre, The White Hag, Boundary, Stone Barrel, Third Circle and Third Barrel, all while enjoying their beers. We also had the fantastic accredited beer sommelier Francesca Slattery join us to open up proceedings! If you couldn’t make it to the festival then why not grab some of the beers and watch the recording now.
After the massive success that was Ireland’s first ever Virtual Beer Festival, we went back for Round 2! This time we welcomed Blacks Brewery, Ballykilcavan, Dead Centre, Hope, Hopfully, Lineman, Rascals and Wicklow Brewery, all while enjoying their beers. If you couldn’t make it to the festival then why not grab some of the beers and watch the recording now.
We recently welcomed Feargal from Four Provinces for a a live online beer chat and tasting! On the evening we sampled and discussed the full range of Four Provinces beers: Piper Amber IPA, Hurler Copper Ale, Láidir Robust Porter, The Poddle Lager, and Gob Fliuch Dark Mild, all while chatting about Four Provinces’ story so far and plans for the future.
