Reflecting on our journey along the yellow brick road that our ‘Off The Wall’ series has become, we are constantly amazed at the breadth and depth of insane artistic talent we have in this little country of ours.
Big and hazy and resting on a pillow of Maris Otter, Oats and Wheat malts, we have fermented with London Ale yeast, and heavily hopped with stunning Azacca and El Dorado hops. Juicy orange, mango and candy with some resin and pine and a balanced bitterness in support.
